Who may request a return
Requests for a new Good Molecules item must reach us within 30 days after delivery. We accept eligible returns for both defective and non-defective goods and accept exchange requests. A change of mind or wrong selection can qualify if the non-defective item is new, unused and in original condition. Damage, defects, missing components, wrong shipment or a substantial description mismatch may also be reviewed; a damaged item is not required to remain undamaged. Applicable consumer rights are preserved.
Get approval before sending a parcel
Write to ihiseqad49@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email and reason. For a problem item, include photos or video and retain its packaging and parts. Wait for approval, the accurate return address and instructions before mailing a return; the shop's general mailing address is not automatically a return center.
Postal return and exchange
A free prepaid return label is included in the package for eligible mailed returns. Use it after approval; if the label is missing, contact us for help. There is no restocking fee. An exchange or replacement depends on review and available stock.
Refund timing
After a refund is approved, we process or initiate it to the original payment method within 10 days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
