Preparing a skincare order
Good Molecules products are usually prepared in 1–2 business days once payment is authorized. Carrier travel begins after dispatch and is estimated at another 4–6 business days. These are separate periods; weekends and applicable holidays are not business days, and an exact arrival date cannot be promised.
Destination and charges
The shipping destinations, available services and any delivery charge for your address appear at checkout. Please confirm the street, unit and postal code before placing an order so the carrier has accurate information.
Tracking and delivery concerns
Use the tracking information sent for a shipped parcel. If tracking stalls, a box is damaged, delivery is late, or a parcel is marked delivered but missing, send the order number and tracking details to ihiseqad49@gmail.com. We may need the carrier's investigation before advising on a resolution.
